SAS Pak Properties, located near Central Park on Ferozepur Road, Lahore, is seeking a skilled Real Estate Accountant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably within the real estate sector. This role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 80,000 to 100,000, with working hours from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The position requires the candidate to work on-site and be located near or have easy access to the Ferozepur Road/Central Park area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and client accounts to ensure transparency and reliability.
- Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely processing and recording of transactions.
- Handle client ledgers, installment records, and perform payment reconciliations efficiently.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and assist in budgeting activities to support financial planning.
- Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports and other financial reports for senior management review.
- Manage accounting data using CRM and ERP systems to maintain organized and up-to-date records.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and accuracy in all financial documentation.
- Coordinate with management and relevant departments to address financial and accounting matters promptly.
Required Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of accounting experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked in the real estate industry.
- Solid understanding of real estate accounting processes, including client ledgers, installments, receivables, payables, and reconciliations.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and QuickBooks for managing accounting operations.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and bank reconciliation procedures.
- Strong analytical skills, organizational abilities, and effective communication skills.
- Must be based near or have easy access to the Ferozepur Road/Central Park area to ensure punctuality and ease of commute.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience with She Tech software is highly preferred and will be considered an advantage.
