As part of its expansion in Pakistan, Indigo Real Estate Group is seeking motivated and target-driven Real Estate Agents / Sales Executives to join its dynamic team based in Karachi.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and cultivate strong relationships with clients to build a reliable customer base.
- Identify suitable properties for clients and conduct site visits to showcase offerings.
- Present various property options, negotiate terms, and successfully close sales deals.
- Maintain accurate client records and stay informed about the latest market trends.
- Deliver excellent customer service while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Required Qualifications:
- Prior experience in real estate sales or property consultancy is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills are essential.
- Good knowledge of Karachi’s real estate market is required.
- Candidates must be customer-focused, motivated, and target-oriented.
- Proficiency in English is necessary; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
- Availability for full-time, on-site work in Karachi is mandatory.
