Real Estate Sales Consultant (Female)

Vision Properties, based in Karachi, is seeking motivated and confident Sales Executives to join their expanding team. This full-time role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for sales who can effectively build and maintain client relationships. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving property sales by understanding client needs and presenting suitable investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Close deals on qualified sales leads to meet or exceed targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Understand clients’ property requirements and recommend appropriate investment options.
- Conduct meetings, site visits, and property presentations to showcase offerings.
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements efficiently.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
- Follow up with prospective clients to maximize conversion rates.
- Stay informed about current market trends and ongoing company projects.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- 1 to 3 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
