As we expand our sales team, we are looking for motivated and results-driven Sales Executives who are passionate about real estate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and successfully closing property sales. Strong communication skills and a target-oriented approach are essential to thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on property sales leads through calls, meetings, and site visits.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options.
- Conduct property site visits and presentations for prospective buyers and investors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the marketing team on campaigns and lead generation efforts.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and pricing.
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field; fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Own conveyance is preferred.
- Proficiency in English and Urdu; additional languages are an advantage.
