We are seeking motivated Sales Executives to join our real estate office located in Blue Area, Islamabad. This opportunity is open to both fresh graduates and experienced sales professionals who are eager to build a career in real estate sales. The role involves direct interaction with clients, providing detailed information about current and upcoming projects, and supporting clients throughout their buying journey. Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients through phone calls, walk-ins, and scheduled meetings.
- Provide accurate and timely information about ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets consistently.
- Follow up with clients regularly and assist them throughout the purchasing process.
- Demonstrate sales energy and motivation to contribute to overall company success.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about sales and highly target-oriented.
- Confident, self-motivated, and able to work effectively within a team.
- Open to both male and female candidates.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Prior experience of up to one year in sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Full-time position based in Islamabad, requiring reliable commuting or relocation before starting work.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs30,000 to Rs45,000.
- Work location is in person, providing direct engagement with clients and team members.
