Receptionist and Admin Support

Uplyft, a Prosigns company located on Hali Road, Gulberg 3, Lahore, is seeking a dedicated Night Receptionist and Administrative Support professional to join our team. Our coworking space caters to members who often work late into the night, and we require someone reliable to provide assistance and maintain a welcoming environment during the night shift from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM. This role offers a monthly salary ranging from PKR 35,000 to 40,000, along with the added perk of a free dinner every shift.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome members and visitors, manage check-ins, and respond promptly to calls and WhatsApp inquiries.
- Address member requests during the shift, including seating arrangements, internet connectivity issues, and refreshments such as tea and coffee.
- Ensure the reception area and shared spaces remain clean and organized throughout the night.
- Maintain accurate daily attendance and visitor records, and prepare a concise handover note for the day team.
- Provide support for basic administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum education level of Intermediate; graduates are preferred.
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Urdu.
- Comfortable using MS Office, Google Workspace, and WhatsApp for communication and administrative purposes.
- Demonstrates politeness, punctuality, and a calm demeanor, with the ability to work night shifts effectively.
- Previous experience in reception or administrative roles is advantageous but not mandatory; quick learners are encouraged to apply.
