This role involves accurate and timely data entry within the Management Information System to support effective service delivery and patient management. The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date client records, ensuring data integrity, and generating reports as required by the project. Attention to detail and adherence to data protocols are essential to prevent errors and duplication. The position also includes providing routine IT support and assisting with any additional tasks assigned by supervisors or managers. The organization maintains a strict policy against Sexual Exploitation and Abuse, and all candidates will undergo thorough background checks.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure regular data entry is completed accurately in the Management Information System within the stipulated targets and timeframes.
- Enter and update client records electronically on a daily basis.
- Adhere to all data entry protocols when computerizing service delivery and registration data.
- Identify and report data collection errors to relevant staff and supervisors.
- Maintain and organize patients’ files systematically.
- Thoroughly check records to prevent duplication during patient registration.
- Provide routine support for IT-related requirements.
- Generate periodic reports in line with project needs.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.
- Familiarity with Management Information Systems or similar databases.
- Ability to follow data entry protocols and maintain confidentiality.
- Basic IT skills to support routine technical requirements.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
