- Welcome and attend to clients, visitors, and business partners professionally.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries, directing them to the relevant departments.
- Provide basic information about company projects, property listings, and available services.
- Coordinate client meetings, appointments, and visitor schedules.
- Maintain visitor records and manage the front-desk area.
- Provide administrative support, including document handling, filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Marketing, HR, and Administration departments.
- Maintain records of client visits and forward property-related inquiries to the relevant sales team.
- Ensure the reception area remain clean, organized, and presentable.
- Minimum Intermediate qualification; a Bachelor's degree will be preferred.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in reception, front desk, customer service, or administration.
- Experience in the real estate industry will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good command of English and Urdu.
- Proficiency in MS Office, email, and basic computer applications.
- Pleasant personality, professional appearance, and a customer-focused attitude.
- Strong organizational skills, punctuality, and the ability to multitask.
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
