Receptionist

Nexus Lounge is a private and cozy space designed for friends to enjoy PS5 gaming, board games, movies, and quality time together. We are seeking a well-presented, friendly, and trustworthy individual to manage the counter, assist guests, and maintain the overall atmosphere of the lounge. This role requires someone who can provide excellent customer service while ensuring the lounge remains clean, organized, and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and manage reservations along with time slots efficiently.
- Assist customers by guiding them through the use of PS5 games, board games, and other lounge facilities.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lounge to keep it presentable at all times.
- Take care of gaming equipment, furniture, and other lounge belongings to ensure they remain in good condition.
- Handle basic bookings, respond to customer queries, and support daily operational tasks.

Required Qualifications
- Well-groomed, presentable, and possessing good manners.
- Honest, punctual, and responsible with a strong work ethic.
- Friendly demeanor with effective communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of PS5 games and board games is essential.
- Ability to manage the lounge independently without constant supervision.
- While previous experience is advantageous, fresh candidates with the right attitude are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Previous experience in a similar customer-facing or lounge management role is a plus.
- The position offers a starting salary from Rs30,000 per month.
