Receptionist/assistant manager

We are seeking a professional and courteous receptionist to join our aesthetic and hair transplant clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, including answering incoming calls and providing clear explanations of the clinic’s procedures to clients. This role also involves supporting the clinic manager with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning. The position requires excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to create a welcoming environment for patients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients and visitors upon arrival at the clinic.
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Provide detailed explanations of aesthetic and hair transplant procedures to clients, ensuring they understand the services offered.
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic’s calendar efficiently.
- Assist the clinic manager with administrative duties as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Handle patient inquiries and direct them to the appropriate staff or department.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a receptionist or front desk role, preferably in a healthcare or aesthetic clinic setting.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to explain medical or cosmetic procedures clearly and confidently.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Friendly and professional attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency for managing appointments and records.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Prior experience in an aesthetic or hair transplant clinic is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of clinic management software is a plus.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs 15,000 to Rs 49,000, based on experience and qualifications.
- This is an in-person role, requiring presence at the clinic location.
