Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients warmly, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.
- Manage client appointments efficiently, maintaining accurate scheduling to optimize time slots.
- Provide detailed information about services, products, and ongoing promotions to assist clients in making informed choices.
- Handle incoming phone calls and inquiries, directing them appropriately and addressing client needs promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing front desk area to enhance the client experience.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and keep accurate transaction records.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for managing appointment schedules, inventory tracking, and other administrative tasks.
- Collaborate closely with the aesthetics team to ensure smooth appointment flow and effective client management.
- Assist in organizing events, workshops, and promotional activities to engage clients and boost service awareness.
- Address client feedback and concerns professionally, escalating issues when necessary to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications:
- Female candidates only.
- Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably within the aesthetics or healthcare sector.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic administrative software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
