Recovery Executive

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely collection of due instalments according to the specified schedules. This role involves managing customer interactions across multiple communication channels, addressing their queries, and maintaining accurate payment records within the CRM system. The candidate will play a key role in supporting the finance team by verifying transactions and facilitating receipt issuance, while also keeping customers informed about their account status and project updates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor monthly due instalments and ensure payments are collected promptly.
- Achieve assigned monthly recovery targets consistently.
- Maintain regular contact with customers via calls, SMS, WhatsApp, and email to follow up on payments and provide updates.
- Collaborate closely with the Finance department to verify transactions and issue official receipts to customers.
- Update customer account statements regularly and share them with relevant clients.
- Track defaults at the unit level and send reminder letters as well as legal notices when necessary.
- Provide customers with regular construction progress updates through email and WhatsApp.
- Conduct in-person meetings with customers at the developer’s office as required to resolve issues or provide assistance.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication.
- Experience ranging from fresh graduates to candidates with up to 2 years in a similar role.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, email platforms, and internet usage.
- Willingness to work from the Gulberg, Lahore location.
