Recovery Manager – Punjabi Speaking

Qist Bazaar is seeking a Punjabi-speaking Recovery Manager to lead and oversee recovery operations in Karachi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing recovery teams, ensuring targets are met, and handling challenging customer cases with professionalism. This role requires strong leadership, negotiation skills, and the ability to communicate fluently in Punjabi. The position is full-time and onsite, offering an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment focused on achieving recovery goals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise recovery teams and field staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recovery targets consistently.
- Monitor overdue accounts and develop effective strategies for recovery.
- Handle difficult customer cases and support the team in resolving recovery-related issues.
- Track and analyze team performance, productivity, and recovery ratios regularly.
- Conduct follow-ups on overdue and delinquent accounts to maximize recovery.
- Prepare detailed recovery reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Ensure all recovery activities comply with company policies and procedures.
- Train, guide, and motivate team members to enhance their performance.
- Coordinate with relevant departments regarding customer accounts and recovery matters.

Required Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of experience in recovery, collections, field operations, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Punjabi communication is mandatory.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent negotiation and customer-handling skills.
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Good reporting skills and proficiency in MS Excel.
- Willingness to travel within Karachi as part of job responsibilities.
