Recovery Officer

Wirasat Real Estate, a reputable company with over six years of experience in Pakistan’s property market, is seeking a motivated Recovery Officer to join its team in Islamabad. The company specializes in innovative marketing solutions for housing societies and prestigious projects, utilizing advanced e-media and web-based strategies. The Recovery Officer will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely collection of customer installments and managing outstanding payments, contributing to the company’s mission of connecting individuals with their dream properties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with clients regarding monthly installments and pending payments.
- Maintain accurate records of all received and outstanding payments.
- Contact clients through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels to send payment reminders.
- Ensure timely recovery of installments according to agreed payment plans.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Accounts Departments regarding client payments.
- Prepare and maintain daily and weekly recovery reports.
- Follow up on overdue payments and outstanding balances.
- Handle payment-related queries and resolve client issues professionally.
- Maintain proper documentation of payment commitments and follow-ups.
- Conduct all recovery activities professionally and in compliance with company policies.

Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in recovery, collections, accounts, customer dealing, or real estate is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent follow-up and convincing abilities.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to maintain accurate payment records.
- Responsible, punctual, and target-oriented attitude.

Location: Islamabad
Office Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
