Recovery Officer

We are seeking a dedicated CSD Recovery Officer to join our team at DHA Phase 8, Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing outstanding payments and ensuring timely recovery from customers and dealers. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, along with the ability to maintain professional relationships while achieving recovery targets. The position operates from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and involves both telephonic follow-ups and occasional in-person visits to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with customers and dealers regarding outstanding payments and overdue accounts.
- Conduct regular recovery calls and coordinate with clients to ensure timely payment collection.
- Maintain accurate records of outstanding balances, recovery status, and payment commitments.
- Visit customers or dealers when necessary for payment follow-ups and recovery efforts.
- Resolve payment-related queries by coordinating with relevant departments.
- Prepare daily and weekly recovery reports and provide updates to management.
- Monitor assigned accounts to ensure recovery targets are met consistently.
- Maintain professional and positive relationships with customers during recovery processes.
- Escalate delayed or problematic accounts to management for further action.
- Perform additional recovery-related duties as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience ranging from 6 months to 1 year in recovery, collections, customer dealing, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent follow-up and convincing abilities.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Target-oriented, responsible, and confident personality.

Work Location:
This is an in-person role based at DHA Phase 8, Lahore.
