We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team for a field sales position. The ideal candidate will be based in or near Defense, Clifton, Korangi, Misri Shah, Marston Road, or Keamari. This role requires active engagement in sales activities and regular fieldwork, supported by a valid driving license and a personal bike. The position offers a competitive salary along with additional allowances and a structured work schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales activities and engage with customers in the field.
- Manage daily routes efficiently using a personal bike.
- Maintain effective communication with the sales team and management.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Ensure timely reporting and documentation of sales activities.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum education level of Intermediate; Bachelor’s degree is also acceptable.
- Proven experience in sales and fieldwork is essential.
- Must possess a valid driving license.
- Ownership of a personal bike is mandatory for this role.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Candidates residing in Defense, Clifton, Korangi, Misri Shah, Marston Road, or Keamari will be given preference.
- Salary range: PKR 42,000 to PKR 50,000 per month.
- Additional fuel allowance of PKR 8,000 per month.
- Work schedule consists of an 8-hour shift with Sundays off.
- The position requires in-person attendance at the designated work locations.
