Recruiter - 12 month FTC

Wise, a global technology company dedicated to transforming how money moves and is managed worldwide, is seeking a Recruiter to join their Servicing Operations team in Hyderabad. The role focuses on attracting and hiring top talent to support Wise’s mission of enabling money without borders. As a key member of the recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process, ensuring an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers, while helping the company scale its operations effectively. Key Responsibilities

- Lead the recruitment efforts for Servicing Operations, scaling the team to meet business growth and customer needs.
- Manage the full candidate lifecycle, delivering a positive and consistent experience aligned with Wise’s values, even for those not selected.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and teams, providing guidance throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate closely with sourcing specialists to understand the talent market and engage high-quality candidates locally and internationally.
- Utilize data and analytics to support hiring decisions, identify bottlenecks, and optimize recruitment processes for scalability and efficiency.
- Partner with People teams on initiatives such as referral programs, talent mapping, and salary benchmarking to enhance talent acquisition strategies.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach by seeking growth opportunities and embracing challenges outside of your comfort zone.
