We are seeking a dedicated Recruitment Specialist to manage the entire hiring process from requisition through to offer acceptance and onboarding. This role involves close collaboration with hiring managers to define job requirements and selection criteria, sourcing candidates across multiple channels, and ensuring a smooth recruitment experience for both candidates and the organization. The ideal candidate will be proactive in handling bulk and urgent hiring needs, maintaining talent pools, and promoting the company as an employer of choice.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including requisition, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer preparation, and joining formalities.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop clear role definitions, job descriptions, and selection criteria.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, internal databases, and industry networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and practical tests as required.
- Recruit for a variety of roles such as drivers, warehouse staff, dispatch, freight operations, sales, finance, and support functions.
- Handle bulk and urgent hiring demands during peak seasons or when onboarding new contracts.
- Prepare offer letters and negotiate salary and terms within approved budgets.
- Conduct reference checks and coordinate background verification, including CNIC and driving license checks where applicable.
- Manage pre-joining formalities and ensure a seamless handover to the onboarding team.
- Build and maintain a talent pool for recurring and hard-to-fill positions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with job boards, universities, training institutes, and recruitment agencies.
- Promote the company’s employer brand through job advertisements, LinkedIn posts, and hiring events.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or HR database.
- Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rates, and source effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws throughout the hiring process.
- Manage agency relationships and review agency invoices when applicable.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support business operations and organizational goals.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, either in-house or agency-based.
- Ability to work on-site at the Bahadurabad, Karachi office during evening shift hours.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- A master’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline is considered an advantage.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools.
