Key Responsibilities:

- Manage communications primarily for US-based campaigns, ensuring professionalism and clarity in all interactions.
- Listen carefully to the needs of clients and candidates, addressing their questions and resolving any issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation using basic computer skills and MS Office applications.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve recruitment goals and contribute to overall team performance.

Required Qualifications:
- Fresh A/O Level graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in customer support or call center roles, especially involving US campaigns, is highly preferred.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, is essential.
- Strong listening skills, problem-solving abilities, and interpersonal communication are critical.
