Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential candidates and clients, delivering exceptional customer support
- Manage communications for US-based campaigns, ensuring professionalism and clarity
- Actively listen to client and candidate needs to provide effective solutions
- Maintain accurate records and manage data using MS Office and other computer applications
- Collaborate with team members to achieve recruitment targets and contribute to overall business goals
- Exhibit a positive attitude and demonstrate a willingness to learn in a rapidly evolving workplace

Required Qualifications:
- Fresh A/O Level students are encouraged to apply
- Prior experience in customer support or call center roles, especially involving US campaigns, is highly desirable
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and general computer applications
- Energetic, confident, and motivated to grow professionally
