We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to manage the full cycle of coordination within our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will serve as the central point of contact for recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers, ensuring seamless scheduling, candidate communication, assessment administration, and documentation. Your efforts will help maintain a smooth and efficient hiring process, preventing delays and ensuring no details are overlooked.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end interview scheduling and coordination across multiple recruiters, hiring managers, and time zones, proactively resolving conflicts.
- Serve as the central coordination hub for recruiters’ calendars and priorities, aligning efforts across the team.
- Oversee candidate communication, logistics, and follow-ups throughout the hiring journey to ensure a consistent and professional experience.
- Coordinate the scheduling and administration of candidate assessments, tests, and evaluations, ensuring results are accurately recorded and shared with relevant stakeholders.
- Compile and organize candidate documentation such as resumes, assessment results, interview feedback, and offer paperwork in a timely manner.
- Maintain up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including status updates, interview notes, and feedback.
- Act as a point of escalation for scheduling or coordination issues, troubleshooting and resolving conflicts efficiently.
- Identify bottlenecks in the Talent Acquisition coordination workflow and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-1 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR operations, or a similar role supporting a multi-recruiter team.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), scheduling tools, and assessment platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple recruiters and hiring managers.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple interview pipelines, assessments, and documentation simultaneously.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Availability to work onsite during the shift from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
