We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join a US-based ABA therapy provider specializing in hiring behavior technicians for high-volume, in-home services. This role is pivotal in managing the front end of the recruiting pipeline and working closely with the senior recruiter. The position requires a proactive individual who enjoys engaging with candidates by phone, maintaining momentum in the pipeline, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. This is not a data-entry role; instead, it demands persistence, strong communication skills, and the ability to keep candidates interested and moving through the process.
Key Responsibilities
- Post and manage job listings and applicant pipelines using Apploi, the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Promptly contact new applicants after they apply, maintaining consistent follow-up through calls and messages until contact is made.
- Conduct initial phone screenings independently and forward qualified candidates to the senior recruiter.
- Schedule interviews with the senior recruiter and ensure candidates attend as planned.
- Maintain regular follow-up with candidates at every stage to prevent drop-offs or delays.
- Track and report on the status of candidates within the pipeline, identifying any bottlenecks or issues.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent spoken English with a confident and natural phone presence, as the role involves extensive communication with US-based candidates.
- Clear written English skills for composing texts, emails, and detailed notes within the ATS.
- High energy, proactive attitude, and persistence; comfortable making 40+ outbound calls daily and following up consistently without supervision.
- Ability to quickly build rapport and persuade hesitant candidates to progress to the next stage.
- Strong organizational skills with reliable follow-through on all tasks and open items.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information
- Experience using Apploi is highly desirable. Familiarity with other ATS platforms such as Workable, Greenhouse, Zoho Recruit, or Bullhorn is a plus.
- While no minimum years of experience are required, ideal candidates will have backgrounds in recruiting or talent acquisition, high-volume candidate outreach, BPO or call center outbound roles, phone sales, or appointment setting.
- Experience recruiting for ABA therapy, behavioral health, healthcare, or roles such as behavior technician or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is advantageous but not mandatory.
This position operates Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST (6:00 PM to 2:00 AM PKT). The role is based in Bahira Town Phase 7, Islamabad, and requires in-person attendance.
