Recruiting Manager

The Recruiting Manager will report directly to the Senior Manager of Global Recruiting and will be responsible for managing the hiring process and leading the recruiting team based in our Lahore office. This role requires ensuring compliance with international labor laws while attracting and securing top talent for current and future positions across the organization. The position operates on US business hours (9am-6pm EDT) and requires on-site presence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full life-cycle recruiting for assigned global positions, ensuring timely and effective hiring processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with leadership teams within the Lahore office to align recruitment strategies with business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Lahore recruiting team with a player-coach approach, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Develop innovative and thoughtful recruitment strategies to attract top talent and enhance the company’s employer brand.
- Champion a world-class candidate experience by ensuring consistent communication and alignment with company vision throughout the recruitment process.
- Track and analyze global recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and pipeline ratios to optimize recruitment efforts.
- Provide regular and ad-hoc updates to leadership on recruitment progress and challenges.
- Demonstrate flexibility, initiative, and the ability to manage ambiguity in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a minimum of 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within a growing company environment.
- Proven experience managing a team of recruiters, ideally within a SaaS organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Experience working in a global, high-growth, and fast-paced setting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with preference given to candidates familiar with Greenhouse.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Ability to build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships throughout the organization.
