Job Title: Recruitment Specialist
Location: Lahore, Pakistan (On-Site)
Job Type: Full-Time
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team. This role involves managing the entire recruitment process, from requisition management and candidate sourcing to screening, interview coordination, reporting, and onboarding support. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Sourcing:
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and finalize approved job requisitions.
- Source qualified candidates through various channels including job portals, LinkedIn, and employee referrals.
- Review applications, screen resumes, and shortlist candidates based on established hiring criteria.
Interview Management:
- Conduct initial screening interviews and candidate assessments to evaluate suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and relevant department heads.
- Collect interview feedback and assist in facilitating informed hiring decisions.
Reporting & Administration:
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and track hiring progress using recruitment trackers.
- Monitor key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and source effectiveness to improve processes.
- Prepare and submit regular recruitment reports to management for review.
- Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and internal teams.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn, job portals, and recruitment databases for candidate sourcing.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
