Flow 8 Solutions, a dynamic company based in Lahore, is expanding its team and seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist to focus on BPO hiring. Operating across BPO, Healthcare, and Construction sectors, Flow 8 Solutions serves international clients and is committed to building high-performing teams. This role offers a hybrid work model based in DHA Phase 6, Lahore, with full-time employment and a competitive compensation package including a base salary of 70,000 PKR plus performance incentives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience recruiting for international campaigns, particularly within the BPO and call center industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit talent for BPO and call center positions using multiple channels.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including candidate screening and selection.
- Focus on hiring for Customer Acquisition and Outbound Campaign roles.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules, candidate selection, job offers, and onboarding processes.
- Collaborate closely with Operations teams to understand and fulfill hiring requirements.
- Achieve recruitment targets and ensure timely joining of new hires.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in recruiting for BPO or call center environments.
- Demonstrated success in hiring for international, especially US-based, campaigns.
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening abilities.
- Ability to manage high-volume recruitment efficiently.
- Target-driven mindset with a proactive approach to recruitment challenges.
- Excellent communication skills and consistent follow-up with candidates and stakeholders.
