RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST – BPO

Flow 8 Solutions, a dynamic company based in Lahore, is expanding its team and seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to focus on BPO hiring. Operating across BPO, Healthcare, and Construction sectors, Flow 8 Solutions serves international clients and is committed to building high-performing teams. This full-time role is based in DHA Phase 6, Lahore, with a hybrid work model. The position offers a competitive salary starting at PKR 70,000 plus performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit talent specifically for BPO and Call Center roles using multiple channels.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Focus on hiring for Customer Acquisition and Outbound Campaign positions.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet ongoing hiring needs.
- Coordinate interview schedules, selection processes, job offers, and joining formalities efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with the Operations team to fully understand hiring requirements and priorities.
- Consistently achieve recruitment targets and ensure timely joining of new hires.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in recruiting for BPO or Call Center environments.
- Demonstrated success in hiring for international campaigns, particularly US-based projects.
- Strong sourcing abilities and expertise in screening candidates effectively.
- Comfortable managing high-volume recruitment demands.
- Target-driven mindset with a proactive and organized approach to recruitment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain consistent follow-up with candidates and stakeholders.
