Mars BPO is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our team and play a key role in building a high-performing workforce. This position involves managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to supporting the company’s growth within the BPO sector. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills to effectively identify and engage top talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for BPO and call center roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and assessing candidates.
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate information and recruitment activities.
- Ensure timely and professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Handle multiple vacancies simultaneously while consistently meeting recruitment targets.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources is preferred.
- Strong skills in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates effectively.
- Excellent communication and interviewing abilities to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments efficiently.
- Capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience recruiting for BPO or call center positions is highly advantageous.
- Competitive salary package up to PKR 80,000 per month.
- Work shift from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
