Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Recruitment Specialist to join the HR team at Zero Lifestyle. This role is ideal for a recruitment professional who is passionate about identifying exceptional talent and fostering meaningful connections. As part of a growing organization, you will play a crucial role in managing the full recruitment lifecycle and ensuring a smooth hiring process that aligns with our company’s goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source and attract top talent using LinkedIn, job portals, and other effective channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment process.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet both current and future hiring needs.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout every stage of the recruitment journey.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Strong expertise in sourcing and headhunting, particularly through LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
- An active and professional LinkedIn presence with a well-established recruitment network.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
