Recruitment Specialist

Mars BPO is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team in Karachi, Pakistan. This role involves sourcing qualified candidates, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, conducting initial screenings, and supporting the company in meeting its hiring goals. The ideal candidate will work night shifts from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM and will play a key role in attracting and selecting top talent to contribute to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates using platforms such as Indeed, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Post job advertisements to attract suitable applicants.
- Review resumes, screen candidates, and shortlist those who meet the job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth process.
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Follow up consistently with candidates throughout the hiring process to provide updates and gather feedback.
- Develop and implement effective candidate sourcing strategies to meet recruitment needs.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets to support organizational goals.
- Ensure a professional and positive experience for all candidates interacting with the company.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Strong skills in candidate sourcing and resume screening.
- Proficient in conducting telephone interviews.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to schedule and coordinate interviews efficiently.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and various recruitment platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to meet recruitment targets and work collaboratively within a team.

Shift Details
- Working Hours: 6:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Night Shift)
- Location: On-site in Karachi, Pakistan

Compensation
- Monthly salary range: PKR 40,000 to PKR 80,000
