Key Responsibilities:
- Manage both preventive and corrective maintenance activities for refrigeration assets to ensure optimal performance.
- Respond promptly to complaints, maintaining high service levels and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee third-party service centers and manage mobile assets effectively.
- Collaborate with Trade Marketing to execute asset refurbishment and reinduction programs.
- Control maintenance costs while efficiently managing the spare parts inventory to support uninterrupted operations.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is essential.
- Candidates must hold a valid driving license that has been active for at least one year.
- Strong ownership mentality with a results-driven approach to work.
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills to facilitate smooth operations.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and the capacity to perform well under pressure.
- Solid technical knowledge of refrigeration systems is critical.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
- Willingness to travel extensively as part of the job requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in HVAC and/or Cold Chain management will be considered an advantage.
