Location: Multan
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Regional SndPro ERP Support & Operations Executive to manage the implementation, support, and optimization of the SndPro ERP system across the region. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to ensure seamless operations, deliver excellent user support, and drive continuous process improvements using the SndPro platform. Strong skills in data analysis and visualization, particularly with Power BI, are essential to facilitate informed decision-making and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Management: Oversee daily operations of the SndPro ERP system to ensure high availability and optimal performance aligned with regional business requirements.
- User Support: Provide comprehensive support to end-users by troubleshooting technical and functional issues promptly. Offer guidance on best practices and effective system usage.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers to support regional initiatives, tracking deliverables and milestones to ensure timely completion.
- System Monitoring: Continuously monitor system health, proactively identifying potential issues and implementing corrective actions to maintain system efficiency.
- Training & Documentation: Develop and conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance system proficiency. Maintain and update documentation, including process guides, user manuals, and training materials.
- Process Improvement: Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for operational enhancements, streamlining workflows, and improving user experience.
- Reporting & Analysis: Generate detailed reports on system usage, performance, and project progress. Utilize Power BI to design and deliver insightful dashboards and visualizations that support strategic decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years supporting and managing ERP systems, preferably SndPro or a similar platform.
- Demonstrated success in supporting large-scale regional projects.
- Proficient in data analysis and dashboard creation using Power BI.
Skills
- In-depth knowledge of SndPro ERP functionalities and system configuration.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI for developing visually appealing and actionable reports and dashboards.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills with the capability to collaborate across diverse teams and cultural settings.
- Awareness of regional compliance requirements and the flexibility to adapt processes accordingly.
