Note: This is a third-party (HRSG) contractual position based in Multan.
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Regional SndPro ERP Support & Operations Executive to manage the implementation, support, and optimization of the SndPro ERP system across the region. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to ensure seamless operations, deliver excellent user support, and drive continuous process improvements using the SndPro platform. A strong emphasis is placed on data analysis and visualization skills, particularly with Power BI, to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Management: Oversee daily operations of the SndPro ERP system, ensuring its availability and optimal performance to meet regional business requirements.
- User Support: Provide end-users with comprehensive technical and functional support, resolving issues promptly and offering guidance on best practices and effective system usage.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers to support regional initiatives by tracking deliverables, milestones, and ensuring timely execution.
- System Monitoring: Continuously monitor system health, proactively identify potential problems, and implement solutions to enhance system stability and efficiency.
- Training & Documentation: Develop and conduct training sessions for end-users to maximize system adoption. Maintain and update documentation, including process workflows, user guides, and training materials.
- Process Improvement: Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for operational enhancements, streamline workflows, and improve overall user experience.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare detailed reports on system performance, usage statistics, and project progress. Utilize Power BI to design and deliver insightful dashboards and visualizations that support strategic decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience supporting and managing ERP systems, preferably SndPro or a comparable platform.
- Demonstrated success in supporting large-scale projects at a regional level.
- Proficiency in data analysis and dashboard creation using Power BI.
Skills
- In-depth knowledge of SndPro ERP functionalities and system configuration.
- Advanced skills in Power BI for designing effective and visually engaging reports and dashboards.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the capability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and cultural environments.
- Awareness of regional compliance standards and the flexibility to adapt processes accordingly.
