Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager with a solid background in FMCG sales, ideally within the food industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving regional sales growth, managing distribution networks, and meeting business objectives. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to oversee multiple sales channels including distributors, wholesalers, and retailers. The position is based in Karachi and offers a competitive monthly salary.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective regional sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Manage relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners to ensure smooth operations and market penetration.
- Lead and motivate sales teams to consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
- Expand market coverage by strengthening and growing distribution networks.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and regional profitability to identify opportunities for improvement.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably within the food industry.
- Proven expertise in distribution management and retail sales operations.
- Strong leadership abilities coupled with excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience working in a fast-paced FMCG environment with a focus on food products is highly desirable.
- The role offers a full-time position based in Karachi with a salary range of PKR 100,000 to 150,000 per month.
- Work location requires in-person attendance, providing direct engagement with the regional sales team and partners.
