You will be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate supply plans for a regional portfolio over a 0–24 month horizon. This role involves collaborating closely with teams across markets, manufacturing sites, and demand planners to balance supply, capacity, and inventory effectively. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain SKU-level supply plans spanning 0–24 months that align with market demands and minimize stockouts.
- Monitor inventory levels proactively and implement measures to prevent excess stock and write-offs.
- Generate and distribute regional KPI reports and supply performance insights to relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct scenario modeling and capacity assessments to support informed planning decisions.
- Assist with change management activities related to portfolio adjustments, new product launches, and packaging changes.
- Investigate supply chain issues, identify root causes, and lead corrective action initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, logistics, or a related discipline.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in supply chain planning, site scheduling, demand planning, or similar roles.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with ERP or planning systems; experience with SAP APO or SAP ECC is advantageous.
- Experience working in FMCG, consumer health, or pharmaceutical supply chain environments.
- Practical knowledge of Power BI, advanced Excel functions (including macros and pivot tables), or comparable business intelligence tools.
- Experience with scenario modeling, rough cut capacity planning (RCCP), or capacity planning techniques.
- Demonstrated continuous improvement mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proven stakeholder management skills and experience facilitating cross-functional meetings.
- Exposure to change control processes and system data governance related to planning activities.
