Registered Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patients’ health conditions, delivering appropriate nursing care, and collaborating closely with doctors and other healthcare professionals. This role requires dedication to maintaining a safe and respectful environment while providing high-quality patient care. The position is based on-site and involves working rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients’ health status and provide necessary nursing interventions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical staff.
- Monitor and accurately document patients’ vital signs, progress, and clinical conditions.
- Assist doctors and healthcare professionals during medical procedures and examinations.
- Develop and implement personalized nursing care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Maintain precise and confidential patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans, medication usage, and ongoing care requirements.
- Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations to ensure patient safety.
- Foster a compassionate, respectful, and safe environment for all patients and colleagues.

Required Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) qualification/license recognized by the Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC).
- Relevant nursing degree or diploma from an accredited institution.
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to perform nursing duties efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team setting.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple responsibilities.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
