Thal University Bhakkar is seeking qualified candidates for the positions of Registrar, Treasurer, and Controller of Examinations on a three-year contract basis at the BS-20 scale. These roles are critical to the smooth administration and financial management of the university, requiring experienced professionals who can contribute to the institution’s growth and uphold its academic standards. Key Responsibilities

Registrar: The Registrar will be responsible for overseeing the academic administration of the university. The Registrar will also facilitate communication between various departments and support the development and implementation of academic programs.

Treasurer: The Treasurer will manage the university’s financial affairs, including budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting. The Treasurer will also oversee audits and coordinate with external financial bodies as needed.

Controller of Examinations: The Controller of Examinations will be responsible for the organization and conduct of all university examinations. This includes preparing examination schedules, managing the examination process, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of exam materials, and coordinating with academic departments to publish results in a timely manner. The Controller will also handle any examination-related grievances and ensure compliance with academic standards.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must hold a relevant Master’s degree or higher from a recognized university. Significant administrative experience in a higher education institution is essential, with a preference for those who have previously held senior management positions. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are required to effectively manage the responsibilities of these roles. Familiarity with university governance, financial management systems, and examination processes is also necessary.
