Relationship Manager

Elevate Holdings, a dynamic and expanding real estate company, is seeking motivated and confident Relationship Managers to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who excel at building trust, communicating effectively with clients, and closing deals. As a Relationship Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through every step of their real estate journey—from initial inquiry to final transaction. You will develop strong, long-lasting relationships by understanding client needs and helping them identify the right property or investment opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage inquiries from potential and existing clients, converting leads into successful sales.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Assess client requirements and recommend appropriate properties and investment options.
- Conduct meetings, phone calls, and site visits with clients.
- Consistently follow up on leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of documentation, payments, and after-sales support.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Represent Elevate Holdings professionally at all times.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, preferably within real estate or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Urdu.
- Confident, presentable, and professional demeanor.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office and CRM tools.
- Availability to work onsite during scheduled hours (11:00 AM to 7:00 PM).
