Relationship Manager Liabilities

The North Karachi Industrial Area Branch is seeking a Relationship Manager (RM) specializing in liabilities to join their dynamic team. This role focuses on managing and growing the branch’s liability portfolio by building strong relationships with clients and ensuring excellent service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of banking products related to liabilities and a proven track record in client relationship management within a branch environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow the liabilities portfolio of the North Karachi Industrial Area Branch by acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients to understand their financial needs and offer suitable banking solutions.
- Promote various deposit products such as savings accounts, current accounts, fixed deposits, and other liability products to meet branch targets.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies related to liabilities and customer transactions.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with other branch teams and departments to deliver seamless customer service and resolve any client issues promptly.
- Prepare regular reports on liabilities portfolio performance and present findings to branch management.
- Conduct client visits and follow-ups to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Participate in marketing and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and product uptake in the assigned area.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in banking, specifically in managing liabilities or retail banking products.
- Strong knowledge of banking regulations, deposit products, and customer service standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in relevant banking software and MS Office applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify client needs and offer appropriate solutions.
