Relationship Manager/Senior Relationship Manager

This role focuses on driving growth within the Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) segment by acquiring new customers, managing relationships, and developing business opportunities. The candidate will be responsible for meeting assigned targets related to financing, deposit mobilization, and revenue generation. This position requires active engagement with the market to identify potential business prospects and ensure the delivery of tailored financial solutions. Maintaining portfolio quality and adhering to the bank’s policies, regulatory standards, and Shariah principles are essential aspects of the role.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive SME business growth through effective customer acquisition, relationship management, and business development initiatives.
- Achieve assigned targets related to financing, deposit mobilization, and revenue generation.
- Identify new business opportunities by conducting market visits and leveraging professional networks.
- Assess customer financing needs accurately and facilitate the preparation, documentation, and processing of financing proposals.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure portfolio quality and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure strict compliance with the bank’s internal policies, regulatory requirements, and adherence to Shariah principles in all transactions.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is mandatory.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in banking, preferably within SME or Commercial Banking sectors.
