Relationship Officer (Affiliate Marketing)

We are seeking a motivated Affiliate Marketing Executive to join our team and help expand our network of partners. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with affiliate partners and networks, ensuring smooth collaboration, and driving the growth of our affiliate program. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns effectively. The position is full-time and based on-site.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliate partners and networks.
- Communicate regularly with partners to ensure smooth collaboration and address any concerns promptly.
- Identify potential affiliates and partners, initiate contact, and onboard them efficiently.
- Manage offers and campaigns across various affiliate platforms to maximize performance.
- Negotiate commission structures and partnership terms to benefit both parties.
- Track campaign performance, conduct follow-ups, and analyze results to optimize outcomes.
- Represent the company professionally in all communications and engagements.

Required Qualifications:
- Basic experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or sales is essential.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Ability to work full-time and consistently meet set targets.
- Organized and proactive with a results-driven mindset.
