Key Responsibilities

- Implement approved sales and service plans to meet the bank’s growth objectives by coordinating with Branch Managers and Relationship Managers.
- Develop customer relationships and sell bank products in accordance with the bank’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Achieve sales targets ethically by avoiding practices such as family loaning, activist base lending, and adjustment lending.
- Increase the bank’s profitability through loan sales and customer base expansion while adhering strictly to SOPs.
- Market company products and contribute to strategy development for effective outreach.
- Demonstrate strong persuasion and negotiation skills to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Evaluate customer profiles using the five C’s of credit and communicate product terms and conditions clearly.
- Conduct physical verification of prospective clients to ensure on-track performance.
- Proactively manage loan collections by maintaining timely communication with clients and ensuring 100% repayment compliance.
- Handle customer legal documents with utmost care to prevent misuse.
- Guide customers to make loan repayments at cash counters and avoid direct cash handling during relationship officer functions, ensuring strict compliance during field collections.
- Prepare weekly field activity plans and report deviations in consultation with the Line Manager.
- Organize monthly and quarterly customer meetings as per product programs.
- Conduct loan bookings in strict adherence to bank policies, ethics, and standards.
- Continuously update product and service knowledge and suggest improvements based on client feedback.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and review existing markets in coordination with the line manager.
- Maintain high internal service standards to prevent customer complaints, following the bank’s fair treatment policy.
- Build and sustain long-term customer relationships to enhance the bank’s reputation.
- Report any suspected fraud or potential loss cases to the line manager or Head of Department promptly.
- Ensure full compliance with bank SOPs and State Bank of Pakistan regulations to safeguard the bank’s reputation and prevent financial or operational losses.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution is mandatory.
- 0-1 years of relevant experience in a related field.
