Key Responsibilities

- Implement approved sales and service plans to achieve the bank’s growth targets by coordinating with Branch Managers and Relationship Managers.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships by actively selling bank products in accordance with the bank’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Achieve sales targets ethically, avoiding practices such as family loaning, activist base lending, and adjustment lending.
- Drive profitability by increasing loan sales and expanding the customer base through strategic marketing and product promotion.
- Identify business opportunities by evaluating industry prospects and customer profiles using the five C’s of credit.
- Clearly communicate product terms and conditions to customers and conduct physical verification of prospective clients to ensure on-track performance.
- Proactively manage loan collections by maintaining regular communication with clients and ensuring timely repayments according to bank policies.
- Handle customer legal documents with utmost care to prevent misuse and guide customers to deposit loan repayments at authorized cash counters.
- Avoid direct cash handling during regular duties; however, when collecting from the field, strictly comply with the bank’s collection manual.
- Prepare weekly field activity plans and monitor deviations in consultation with the Line Manager.
- Conduct monthly and quarterly customer meetings aligned with product programs.
- Ensure loan bookings comply fully with the bank’s policies, ethics, and standards.
- Continuously update product knowledge and recommend improvements based on client feedback.
- Conduct market research to identify new selling opportunities and assess existing markets in collaboration with the line manager.
- Maintain high internal service standards to prevent customer complaints and uphold the bank’s fair treatment policy.
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with customers to promote loyalty and trust.
- Report any suspected fraud or potential losses to the line manager or Head of Department promptly.
- Ensure strict compliance with bank SOPs and State Bank of Pakistan regulations to protect the bank’s reputation and prevent financial or operational risks.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution is mandatory.
- MBA qualification is preferred.
- 0-1 years of relevant experience in a related field is desirable.
