The Relationship Officer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Faisalabad. This role focuses on establishing and nurturing strong relationships with both individual and institutional clients. The officer will work closely with clients to understand their financial objectives and recommend appropriate investment products. Daily tasks include conducting client meetings, addressing inquiries, and providing updates on fund performance and market trends. The position requires coordination with internal teams to facilitate smooth account openings, documentation, and transaction processing, all while ensuring compliance with regulatory and company policies. Additionally, the Relationship Officer will support sales campaigns, engage in outreach activities, and contribute to expanding the client base and assets under management in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and institutional clients by understanding their financial goals and recommending suitable investment products.
- Conduct regular client meetings and respond promptly to inquiries regarding fund performance and market developments.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient account opening, documentation, and transaction processing in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Support sales initiatives and participate in outreach activities to grow the client base and increase assets under management.
- Provide timely updates and reports to clients, ensuring transparency and trust.
- Collaborate with branch and regional teams to achieve sales targets and maintain high service standards.
Required Qualifications
- Strong business relationship management and customer service skills to effectively develop, retain, and support a diverse client portfolio.
- Solid understanding of finance and investment concepts, with the ability to clearly explain products and market trends.
- Effective communication skills, including confident verbal and written interaction with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proven sales abilities to identify opportunities, cross-sell investment solutions, and achieve growth and revenue targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Relevant certifications in investments or mutual funds are considered an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail and strict adherence to compliance and risk guidelines.
- Ability to work effectively in a structured, target-driven environment while collaborating with branch and regional teams.
