Relationship Officer/Key Account Manager

UEB3 Ventures is seeking a motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as a Relationship Officer and Key Account Manager. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a minimum of two Relationship Officers, ensuring team performance aligns with company goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
- Drive sales and business development initiatives to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead and motivate the team to meet and exceed sales objectives.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and client support.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role, managing at least two Relationship Officers.
- Demonstrated ability in sales and business development, preferably within financial services.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team effectively.
- Background in Insurance, Banking, Mutual Funds, or any Financial Institution is highly preferred but not mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Competitive fixed salary: PKR 65,000 for Key Account Manager and PKR 35,000 for Relationship Officer positions.
