Remote Business Development Executive

Digital Visions Tech is looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our fully remote team. This part-time, contractual role focuses on driving growth by acquiring new clients primarily through Upwork and LinkedIn outreach. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with design agencies, strong English communication skills, and a proven ability to generate and convert leads into business opportunities. This position offers the chance to work with an international creative agency and grow professionally in a flexible, remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients on Upwork by crafting and submitting compelling proposals for relevant projects.
- Conduct targeted outreach on LinkedIn to generate high-quality leads.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through professional and consistent communication.
- Follow up with prospects to convert leads into confirmed business opportunities.
- Continuously seek and identify new growth opportunities for the agency.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Proven business development experience within a graphic design, creative, or digital marketing agency.
- Practical knowledge of Upwork bidding processes and proposal writing.
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach and lead generation strategies.
- Ability to work independently and consistently meet targets.
- Availability for immediate joining.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Part-time, contractual engagement with a monthly basic salary of PKR 25,000.
- Additional 5% commission on confirmed projects as per company policy.
