Remote Cold Calling & Outreach Specialist (Commission-Based)

Monarch Pixel is seeking a confident and motivated female outreach specialist to join our team on a part-time, flexible basis. This remote role, ideally suited for candidates based in Pakistan, involves connecting with potential international clients primarily in the US, UK, and Australia. The main goal is to generate leads and schedule qualified meetings by effectively communicating our architectural visualization and creative services. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls to prospective clients in target markets including the US, UK, and Australia.
- Engage with business owners and key decision-makers to introduce Monarch Pixel’s services.
- Identify and qualify potential business opportunities.
- Schedule meetings with interested prospects to advance the sales process.
- Follow up consistently with leads to maintain engagement and move them toward conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and appointments to track outreach effectiveness.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent spoken English with strong communication skills.
- Confidence in engaging with international clients over the phone.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and build rapport.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely without supervision.
- Previous experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
