Remote Graphic Designer (Menu Design & Print Specialist)

Spicy Print is a vibrant commercial print and design company specializing in high-quality takeaway and restaurant menu design, marketing collateral, and print production. We focus on delivering visually compelling, press-ready materials that meet the exacting standards of our clients. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Remote Graphic Designer with strong expertise in print design production and proficiency in industry-standard design software to join our team on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:
Menu & Print Design: Develop original concepts, design, and layout custom restaurant menus, flyers, posters, and other promotional print materials from the ground up.
Pre-Press Preparation: Prepare final artwork to meet strict print production requirements, ensuring correct CMYK color profiles, bleed settings, high-resolution images, and proper vectorization.
Client & Team Collaboration: Work closely with project coordinators to understand client briefs, incorporate feedback, and deliver polished designs within tight deadlines.
Brand Consistency: Uphold high aesthetic standards across all branding projects while managing multiple design assignments simultaneously.

Required Qualifications:
Software Mastery: Expert-level skills in CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign are essential. Candidates must present a strong portfolio demonstrating vector illustration and multi-page layout design.
Print Experience: Proven commercial experience in menu design, layout formatting, and pre-press file preparation is required.
Attention to Detail: Exceptional eye for typography, alignment, color theory, and spatial organization.
Communication: Proficient English language skills to effectively understand briefs, provide project updates, and collaborate in a remote work environment.
