We are seeking a skilled Remote IT Specialist to manage connectivity, infrastructure, and daily IT support for an international organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for quickly diagnosing technical issues, coordinating with service providers, and taking full ownership of problems until they are resolved. This role demands a proactive approach to maintaining reliable IT systems and ensuring seamless communication across global teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise internet connections, networking, and secure remote access solutions to guarantee consistent and safe connectivity.
- Coordinate on-site support, including engineers and service visits, when physical intervention is necessary.
- Oversee third-party servers, hosting providers, and cloud computing services to maintain optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot issues related to domains, DNS, email, user access, IT systems, and service interruptions.
- Liaise with suppliers and support teams, escalate issues effectively, and track faults through to resolution.
- Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation of systems, configurations, access arrangements, and support incidents.
- Identify recurring problems and implement practical improvements to enhance system reliability and security.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience supporting business IT environments remotely.
- Strong practical knowledge of networking, internet connectivity, remote access, servers, cloud services, domains, and email systems.
- Ability to explain technical issues clearly and coordinate effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
- Exceptional attention to detail with prompt and dependable follow-through on tasks.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- A confident, self-starting attitude combined with a reliable, high-speed internet connection.
Compensation and Work Location
- Salary range: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
- Work location: Remote
