Saint Visage Dental Group operates NHS and private dental practices throughout Scotland. Our remote team plays a vital role in ensuring that every dentist’s schedule is efficiently managed by booking patients for check-ups, treatments, and follow-up appointments. This allows dentists to focus on delivering excellent care while patients receive timely and appropriate dental services.
Key Responsibilities
You will primarily make outgoing calls to patients across the UK to schedule their dental appointments. Your main objective is to maximize bookings by contacting patients who need check-ups, treatment follow-ups, or hygiene appointments. Specific duties include:
- Calling patients due for check-ups and booking their appointments.
- Offering hygiene appointments on the same day as check-ups.
- Scheduling patients to complete planned dental treatments.
- Rebooking patients who have canceled or missed appointments.
- Handling new patient inquiries generated from the website and advertisements, booking their initial visits.
- Collecting deposits for treatments and clearly explaining booking policies in a polite manner.
- Maintaining accurate patient notes using Dentally, our practice management software, and submitting daily reports.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent spoken English is essential; communication must be clear, natural, and easily understood by UK patients.
- Ability to quickly learn new processes and apply feedback immediately.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, especially regarding dates, times, and patient records.
- Reliable internet connection, backup power supply, a quiet workspace, laptop, and headset.
- Availability to work UK business hours from 08:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday, including Saturdays when practices are open. (Hours correspond to 13:00–23:00 Pakistan time in winter and 12:00–22:00 in summer.)
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience in dental or medical practices, call centers, customer service, sales, or familiarity with Dentally or similar practice software is advantageous but not required.
We offer a starting salary of PKR 65,000 per month, with performance-based increases following regular reviews. Comprehensive training is provided on Dentally software and patient calling techniques, supported by ongoing feedback from our sales team. There is significant potential for career growth into team lead and coordinator roles as the group expands. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from your preferred location.
The hiring process involves several steps: submitting your CV, providing a short voice note if shortlisted, participating in a brief introductory call, completing a technical interview with preparatory materials, undergoing two days of training on Dentally, and then starting patient calls with scripted guidance and coaching. The first month serves as a probation period with close performance monitoring.
Applications are accepted through LinkedIn with a CV submission. This opportunity is open to female candidates only.
