Role Overview: Lead a small team of annotators, manage daily performance, clarify guidelines, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily pod activities and support annotators when required.
- Address guideline questions and recurring issues.
- Conduct weekly team calls and communicate project updates.
- Onboard and support new annotators during their initial tasks.
- Track pod performance and flag recurring quality concerns.
- Coordinate retraining and confirm annotator readiness.
- Report progress, blockers, and support requirements to the Team Lead.
- 2–4 years of overall experience.
- Experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating team members.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions.
- Supportive communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in annotation, data labeling, or AI training data is preferred.
- Work at the forefront of AI applications in accounting and finance.
- Fully remote and flexible work environment.

- This is a project-based role involving a defined number of evaluation tasks.
- Each task will involve comparing multiple chatbots and providing a final assessment.
- Work Schedule: Five working days per week, including weekends as required, with two weekdays off.
- Work Hours - 7am-4pm PST
- Duration: 16 weeks.
